Crystal Ball

I think it would be nice to know the future. And then again, I don’t want to know. Having a crystal ball clearly has advantages but it would take the surprise out of life. It would limit the adventure of it all. I believe I would fall victim to its charms most during difficult times. The confidence of knowing all would be well would be so comforting. But, if I have learned one lesson, it is that all things work out as intended, so if you can invest yourself in the adventure, in the long run, all will be as it should.
