Juxtaposition on Jefferson

Jefferson Avenue is an under valued American Classic time locked in the 50’s and 60’s. Today, Quinceanera dress shops pepper the avenue along with converted jewelry stores, and hardware stores. It is the juxtaposition of old and new, good and bad, that intrigues me. Everywhere you look there is contrast. In this view, a tattoo parlor sits across the street from a church.
