I had to take notice of this installation just off Victoria Harbor. In a city of 7.2 million people finding a little patch of green is important. The definition for Greenway is a strip of undeveloped land near an urban area, set aside for recreational use or environmental protection. This is, perhaps, an absurd comparison as these patches of green hardly qualify as a Greenway. Ah, but the affect was the same. Suddenly I felt more harmonious and peaceful – a perspective shift from the stress inducing concrete jungle. I found them clever and sweet placed along the walkway with a gravitational pull to each passerby.
